Admissions

Our high standards of academic excellence challenge students to achieve full intellectual potential. The 11:1 teacher to student radio allows for a personalized educational experience.

Our graduates possess exceptional moral attributes necessary to meet the ethical challenges of today's society. They are well trained in moral decision-making, critical thinking, accountability, technology and adaptability. We nurture them to become life-long learners. We encourage you to consider joining a legacy of successful alumni.

Our Board of Trustees is committed to making Bishop Guilfoyle an affordable option for every person who desires an education at our school. The majority of our students receive tuition assistance, made possible through generous alumni donations, the local Catholic community and the Altoona-Johnstown Diocese. This generosity allows us to offer a tuition that is well under the actual cost of a Bishop Guilfoyle education.

Non-Discrimination Policy
Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School Inc. admits students of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
