NHS is a recognition program for BG juniors and seniors who have gone above and beyond the call in and out of the classroom. NHS honors students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service and character. These individuals are held to the highest of standards and are held in the highest esteem in the BG community.
The National Honor Society at Bishop Guilfoyle encourages involvement in community service projects as well as in fundraisers. Members are proactive in the community and are expected to take this attitude with them upon graduation from BG.
