Spanish Club

Hispanic culture is growing by the day in the United States. It is very important for students to be culturally literate and to understand what is going on around them in other cultures. The Spanish Club at Bishop Guilfoyle helps students learn about the culture of the Hispanic population. Students are encouraged to build upon their classroom knowledge and language skills, and to ask new questions in order to gain a deeper insight into Hispanic traditions and ways of life.

Students are encouraged to participate in fun activities such as making quesadillas and designing Spanish Christmas cards. Hands-on activities encourage student participation and facilitate student learning.
