Competitive Cheerleading has a strong tradition at Bishop Guilfoyle. The competitive cheer squad has won multiple state championships in recent years. The hard work and dedication of the students and coaches is apparent in the precision and execution of the routines. The success of competitive cheer has brought much positive light to the BG community.
Upon winning the state competition, the team gets a bid to compete at Nationals in Orlando, Florida. While there, the squad performs on a national stage against the other top high school competitive cheer squads from all across the nation.
