The Board of Trustees is responsible for the governance of two distinct corporations which, together, comprise the preschool-12th grade school, Bishop Guilfoyle Academy.  The two non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) religious corporations are Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School and Holy Trinity Catholic School each doing business as Bishop Guilfoyle Academy. The duties of the Board of Trustees center on the mission and overall health of the organization which includes long-term planning,development/approval of key policies, finances, capital improvements, hiring of the President, and other key business and budgetary management decisions.  The Board of Trustees is a self-perpetuating board with rotating term limits. Board members are selected based on their educational and business expertise.
